Bad customer services

On Sunday the 15th December 2024, I was at Polokwane mall sterns with the tempo watch that I bought there on the 19th December 2023. It's belt is broken and it has been a while from July, but the respond I got in the store and the service made me wonder 🤔 because wow the attitude they gave me when I was angry saying that's bull **** service the lady who works there was exchanging words with me. What a cruel place to shop on more especially valuable items like watch
