Bad customer service

My husband and i bought wedding rings on the 25th of July 2020 at vaalmall sterns. We got married on the 12th of December 2020. On the 14th of December 2020 two stones came out while we were still on hunny moon.we went to the store to report the matter, we were told that workshop is closed they'll resume work on the 5th of January 2021. We then went back on the 5th of January 2021, i told the lady that i don't want that ring anymore, we'll rather pick another one or be refunded. The lady then told us that they can't give me another ring they can only fix it. Hello Peter please help me to get a new ring or a refund.

I'm really disappointed with sterns services.
