Bad customer service
The sales ladies at the Rustenburg mall Branch are very rude, I brought a ring for repair and it went with its box but when they brought the ring back it has no box and they giving me a attitude when I asked for the box of the ring telling me that it is I who lost the box but I gave it in with the ring
