Bad customer service
I arrived at Sterns Mall of Africa yesterday after 6 pm and your consultants were not interested in my sale. I could not choose earrings for my baby because the lady is mopping according to the gentleman. The lady was holding a mop and having a nice chat with her friend standing at the door without a care. I waited until i realized she's not going to finish chatting.
