Bad customer service

<p>Was looking very forward to buying my first casio watch. The lady that helped me was very unfriendly and everything seemed like a huge effort for her.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not going to explain all of the details. The watch was too big for me so I asked if she can make it smaller to fit my arm, she went to the back of the store and came back to the front trying to force the latch down to make it smaller. After no success she then took a scissor to try and force it down. According to me a gold watch is very delicate and why would you try and force the gold bracket down with a scissor?</p> <p> </p> <p>When I had a look at the watch I could see the bracket/bracelet was scratched as a result of using the scissor.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would expect excellent customer service from a jewellry shop seeing that is a place where you spend a lot of money?</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked about the scratch and showed it to her, she just ignored it and still wanted me to take it. Not going to spend a R1400 at a unfriendly business.....</p> <p> </p>
