BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE ONLY VALUE MONEY OR RICH PEOPLE

I have wrote a complaint on 15th of June about a bad treatment I got from Attyln Sterns a week later or two the area manager contacted me apologizing, I accepted the apology from him and asked that since he is apologizing are those people who treated me bad sorry? He said they don't work like that and apparently I went to their shop I threw tantrums demanding watches 😳, I mean am I a three year old or am I crazy? I asked him for a footage he asked for a date and time I gave him ever since he went AWOL on me. What kind of people do you help regarding a bad customer service and again what do you do to show that you are sorry, how many people are given bad service and say you are sorry lie about them and leave it at that? Surely even this Area Manager saw that his team was lying after our argument and now he isn't reply or having a way forward on how to solve this. Trust you me I'm not letting this slide I'm not letting this go
