Bad attitude, no stock

I went into Sterns in Greenstone Mall today 20/11/2015, to get a stainless steel/rose gold cross that they are advertising in their Christmas Brochure.<br> <br> First of all, they didn't have stock, I don't understand how they cant have stock seeing that is picking up to the busy season now, the didn't even phone another branch to see if they can get me one, just told me that I must leave my name and number and they will call me.<br> <br> The lady that assisted me didn't have a very good attitude, it almost seemed like she didn't want to help me, I walked into the store and no on greeted me,they were just standing behind the counter minding their own business.<br> <br> This service isn't very good for a well known jewellery store.<br> <br> I would rather go and spend my money somewhere else.
