BAD AFTER SALES SEVICE

Sterns have the worst after-sales service. I bought a pair of gold studs which my wife on worn not even more than 3 times. 6 months later the pin of the stud came off while she was removing the butterfly. I returned it then i was told that it was client wear and need to pay if i want it fixed. No one comes back to you i have to use my own airtime to follow up every time. This was a factory fault, but they refused to help us. The Westgate mall branch manager is the worst. i am still waiting for a call back from them. I will not recommend anyone to buy from Sterns as they have very bad after sales assistance.
