Awesome Customer Service Received

My experience at the Sterns located in the Trade Route mall in Lenasia area was absolutely great. I was assisted by Lerato and Maggie. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

They took to time to be part of my planning from selection of my wedding bands to going the extra mile of making sure I get my ring back in time as I had to have it resized.

Quality Customer Service is at times hard to come by and as customers we are quick to voice that. But when we get awesome service we don't acknowledge that. Im writing thid as I can only hope the store manager gives praise and recognition to her team, as without them there I don't people like myself would even go as far as saying "let me open an account there" and that's more revenue for the store.
