Area manager negligence
I bought a cellphone Samsung A04s and it had a problem of charging and I returned the phone and they booked it for repair at vodacom and they also returned it back Cracked while it was not cracked. Now they are refusing to give me a phone or refund me.

08 Nov 2023, 14:07The complaint is for Sterns, I bought a phone from Sterns, I returned a phone within 3 months and now that the repair centre cannot repair the phone the area manager for Sterns says there is nothing they can do and the phone was still under guarantee when I returned it to the store. They say I I should deal with the vodacom repair centre
