Appalling Customer Services by Sterns

<p>I and my wife bought an expensive ring at Sterns - EastGate Mall JHB, in June 2016. It's a gold ring with diamonds topping. We got married on the 17th of December 2016, and two months after wearing the ring my wife started experiencing prongs that snags and catching cloth materials. After that experience we decided to approach one of Sterns Store at JHB - Eloff to enquire on how can Sterns meet its quality standards as promised through a quality certificate. To our dismay and surprise we were told that Sterns will not be able to fix the prongs and we'll have to fork out +R380 to have our ring fixed at the WareHouse, furthermore we were told that Sterns can only fix the prongs within six months of the purchase of the ring. Yes the ring was bought in June 2016, but was used from December 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>We strongly believe that it is unfair for Sterns not to fix the prongs which were not properly manufacture and emphasising the fact that your ring was of a poor standard and quality. If the quality of the ring was proper then the prongs wouldn't snagg. We are highly disappointed in your services Sterns and feels betrayed. </p>
