Appalling customer service at Sterns Eastrand mall

The service at Sterns Eastrand mall is terrible with a high level of staff incompetence. I wanted to purchase a fossil watch and was advised that they had a promotion of buy 1 and get 1 free. I chose the watches I wanted, when I was about to pay the sales consultant told me it’s no longer on promotion despite both watches being advertised online. I insisted but the entire effort was pointless as she didn’t even know who to call to fix the system error. I waited for more than 30 minutes without any assistance and ended leaving without purchasing the watches. There were other customers who wanted to purchase but let the store due to the level of staff incompetence.

I’ve been purchasing my jewellery from there for years but after this horrible experience I’m taking my business elsewhere and to fossil stores. What a time waster and misrepresentation of facts by your staff.
