My husband brought me a gold chain for Christmas l, as he wanted to put it on it was broken , the gold is very thin which cant be repaired because of the thickness . I had to walk up and down because they dont have another one or they cant do a refund , is that how a customer is treated ? I get a gift voucher to do what with ? It was a Christmas gift , so I must wear a card around my neck !!! So Angry , damnit ...
