Amazing service at Sterns Westage
It is my huuby's birthday on Saturday and I did not have time to buy him a gift. I have been traveling for work and I found myself at the Westgate shopping Centre... and I live all the way in Fourways. I had no idea what I wanted to get my husband, but found myself wandering into Sterns. I was welcomed with such warmth by two lovely ladies and I was assisted by Basadi. I told Basadi about my last minute shopping dilemma and she was more than happy to assist. 10 minutes later, I was walking out the store with a wrapped watch for my husband. The excellent customer service made my shopping experience more than pleasurable. Thank you so much for your help, you are a real gem.
