ALBERTON CITY STERNS BAD SERVICES

I bought a wedding ring at sterns ON 30 AUGUST 2022 i didn't were it during that time I only wore it on 17 december 2022. It got damaged, diamond fell out, colour changing. I took in for repairs at Alberton City, they said ready for collection when to collect. They told me they couldn't repair my wedding ring. They had one exactly one like that , but they said they would charge me extra to make that one smaller. And ring is still under warranty. Then they told me i must take that ring amount to purchase other ring but not one did fit me and that would also cost more to make my size. so i had to take a small ring because they wouldn't refund me. I am not happy because it was my orginal wedding ring.
