After-sales care is bad.

After sales care is absolutely bad. Got a watch as a gift which had a loose crown/knob. I was informed that they would not exchange it at any Sterns branch, it needs to be exchanged at the Sterns where it was purchased only. Completely inconvenient for me as its further away than were I stay considering I didnt buy it. I was further advised that if it was taken in for repairs by a Sterns branch the cost would be on me and would take a few weeks which from prior experience of a family member took a few months! Wouldn't buy a watch from Sterns at all.
