Additional Charges to Sterns (TFG) Account
I have noticed that Sterns (part of TFG) has added charges for sending sms R2.80 and email R20.00 for account that is paid late. This is in addition to the interest. Is this in any way legal? Let me just add that this was the 1st time that I had paid my account late and that I always pay more than the installment amount. This is a *******! Since when does an sms cost R2.80?! And R20 for an email!!!!! ****************!!!!
