Abongile - excellent service

This compliment is overdue as it relates to an incident that happened on the 10/10/2019.

I was getting married on the 12th (2 days later) and was looking for a ring, after I had previously bought one at American Swiss and magically it had become bigger after 2 weeks.

So I went into the Sterns Canal Walk store (not for the first time) and ABONGILE helped me so diligently. At this point I was frustrated and loosing hope and she managed to calm me down and assured me that by the time I leave the store, we will have sorted out all my worries.

With patience and a permanent smile (at times laughter) she she took me through all the options and advised me accordingly in line with my preference. What I like the most is that she was willing to go the extra mile and explained a lot of things about rings that gave me a good perspective.

Please note that I had visited other jewelry stores and no where did I get such excellent service.
