5 months later,still no ring

Words can not even begin to explain how hurt I am..5 months down the line and I am still fighting to get my ring back..Wooow Sterns,you really have outdone yourselves.I an honestly lost for words.I was promised to get my ring on the 20th February,and today is the 26 and still no ring.I do not even have words to express myself.I am just broken
