17 weeks and counting wait for my watch from Sterns.

I sent my fossil watch for repairs at Sterns Galleria shopping center on November 19th 2020, I was not given a receipt and was told that I should bring my ID book when I come to fetch it ,ok fine. Now its been over four months and I have not gotten my watch back ,and when I called on Friday 26 February 2021 I spoke to a consultant that promised to call me back before 11am that day , she never did. I called her on Saturday morning she didn't have a straight answer for me. She just told me that my quote was accepted, which I did that early January. She promised to give me a call on Monday are get someone to call me but even today 02/03/2021 I am still waiting for that call.

Now I have relocated to Mpumalanga while waiting for my watch to be fixed and returned to me.
