Zoned out @Zone Rosebank - Heat alert!

I visited the Zone@Rosebank this Saturday 22/09/2018. I was appalled at the service at the ster Kinekor. Counter service and self service options were moving on par with snail mail. We then proceeded to watch the Indian movie being screened in cinema 7. The house lights were off 15 minutes prior to the movie, so we had to find our seats in darkness. As the trailers started and usher walked in to apologise for the aircons that were not 'on' With deep regret I would like to inform you, for the duration of the full 3 hour movie the Aircons were not 'on' at all. When I enquired we were told they will put it on, this did not happen. I drove for the East Rand to enjoy a movie @ the Zone only to be disappointed having to walk about finding help and then sit in a packed cinema with no ventilation. Deserving of a minus figure Rating on service to Ster Kinekor @ Zone Rosebank
