Your online doesn't work!!!

Trying to book tickets online for the last 30 minutes. I go through the entire process, and get to the payment page, enter my details and then says unsuccessful. I then call your call line and then I hold for 10 minutes only for the call to keep disconnecting. How am I able to do this? You don't even have a contact number for the cinema itself! I need to book these tickets before they sell out!!!
