You spoiled my mother's day

My Mother's day was going very well until you movie house in Rosebank spoiled it. The people at the kiosk allowed us to buy a combo, pay for it, only to be told that they are out of stock for smarties. I was like ok, since you are the one inconveniencing me, how about I pay a top up and buy a bigger box (which I really shouldn't because you've the one out of stock. Then your supervisor comes and says its impossible, they must void the transaction and pay individually for all popocorns makingnir more expensive. He was the most unhelpful and honestly clueless person. I had to pay more than R50 over and above the combo for smarties because you were out of stock. It left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I need this addressed
