Or your app cannot reserve tickets or your call centre is offline or the person at the kiosk is unavailable. There are no positive experiences to associate with ster kinekor. People get ****** in your cinemas. Your air conditioning never works. The toilets are a true reflection on your ideals. You are a joke. Your pathetic management style is indicative of a company that has zero interest in customer satisfaction. Nu metro is truly the better option. The unfortunate thing is that their cinemas are not in the malls i frequent. Perhaps its time for a restructure from the top down.
