Wrong seating online and in cinema - Baywest cinema

So we went to watch Marry Me in Cine Prestige last night. I booked online, a lovenest in the middle of the cinema, row C seat 5 and 6 to be precise. When we got to the cinema we collected our snack combos and went through to the cinema. Nobody was there to even check our tickets. Went to our seats, row C seat 5 and 6, then saw that, first of all, it is not the lovenest as per my booking and second, it is NOT in the middle of the cinema as per my booking. Then, to crown this whole experience, my boyfriend's seat won't recline - broken. This was a terrible experience. This morning my very upset boyfriend emailed Ster-Kinekor and Baywest management. No service at all as they responded indicating that we are wrong and that there is nothing wrong with their seating plans.
