Wrong movie, BAD-bad service!

I was at SK Centurion Mall just before 12 with my 2 children wanting to watch Bumble Bee. Bought the tickets, got snacks and paid the nearly R500 for this. I went through the check and the guy told me which seats are mine. Got to theater 5 only to see that it is Wreckit Ralph showing. Asked the guy what was going on and he apologized and removed the Ralph poster (it had the Bumble Bee poster directly underneath. When the movie started, low and behold it was Wreckit Ralph. I went out and told the guy that this was unacceptable and does he now expect me to take the snacks away from my 2 young kids and take them out there and he said that they will refund after the movie. Very nice guy and very understanding. After the movie he said that he discussed it with his manager and that she will not refund. Out comes the most obnoxious rude person I have ever dealt with called Onica which was the manager. She refused to listen to my side of the story, tried to turn it around saying that I had to leave if I did not want to watch Wreckit Ralph. I eventually gave up. With these prices and this type of service you can understand why people rather download the movies and don't go watch anymore.
