WORST SERVICE THEN HOME AFFAIRS

Iv recently visited SK mall@carnival can someone check the staff there because it's a mess,firstly iv been there 3 times and when I ask for a club card,l aways get an excuse it's always they out of stock,or I have to come after 5,today the guy at the till asked me if I want a club card and when I said yes he said I should come after the movie (which made no sense)when I went after the movie he was gone and the next person in charge did not know what I was talking about.2nd when I checked online the charge per ticket was R50 per kid,when I got in the front I was charged R66 with no extra explanation,.3rd on your display boards it shows \kids
