Worst service ever- ruined sons birthday
Well done on *****ing up my sons birthday at your Rosebank branch! Nobody was helpful, the cinema was already not working and then loadshedding happened. We struggled to book and pay for tickets and snacks because the system was down. Then we stood around for easily 30 minutes while the manager tried to find somebody to show her how to refund our money on the speed point machine!
Worst experience and we won’t be using you ever again. Nu Metro has never been this bad ever!
Your team at The Zone are all unhelpful and useless

11 Jun 2021, 14:41Update on this here shocking service : we are still waiting for the manager to do a refund. He has no idea what he is doing and he is giving us exactly ZERO feedback. He is rude and obnoxious and this franchise is in trouble if this is the guy they have put in charge
