Worst Service!!!!!!! Disgusted

I had a horrible experience with the Eastgate Sterkinekor. Dealing with a lady by the name of *Nthabiseng* who insinuated I was lying, her tone couldn't care less about the customer and who just had attitude, that is not how a CUSTOMER should be spoken to. On top of that I have proof of emails, phone calls for almost a month going to ster-kinekor themselves and the Eastgate branch, no one could help and I got the complete feeling they did not care AT ALL!!! I eventually got hold of the "regional heads" Mail, huh no response. I called him , left a message and sent 2 x emails, nothing. His name is SANJAY RUGBEER and another 2gentleman were cc'd on the mails, *** and ***!! The feeling I get from STER-KINEKOR is that THEY DO NOT CARE about CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am tired of these big companies that take all our money, and when we the customer have a problem they just don't care - money was already made so why should they bother!!!!!
