worst service!

Me and a friend won tickets to go see 50 shades of grey last night (12 February 2015) <br> The tickets that we won were through Edgars club. <br> it stated that we had to be there at 7pm. When we got there everything was unorganised! When we went to redeem our tickets the staff AND manager told us that we have unreserved seats and that we can sit wherever we please. Then we heard that our movie will only start at 20:15 !!! So we were there from 18:30 to be in time for 19:00 just to hear that our movie will only start at 20:15! <br> The goody bags we should have received before the movie, we only received after it, where we had to stand in queue waiting! When we went into the cinema, the movie took another 20minutes to get started and then half of the people in the cinema were very unhappy because they weren't said that they can sit wherever they want to, so they though that their seat number on their ticket was important which just made everyone confused and angry because only half of the people knew they could sit wherever they wanted. <br> Highly disgusted<br> Would appreciate it if there could be any service updates and complimentary items to try and make up for this!
