WORST MOVIE NIGHT EVER !!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! WANT A REFUND!

deciding to celebrate your anniversary at Sterkinekor at the grove is the worst mistake i ever made.

Bought ticktets for 170 rand for two people ( pretty steep for bad service)

When we go and get our movie snacks , the lady starts the order only to tell me when it comes to me choosing the drinks that there is no soda at all , no coke , no fanta , no cremesoda, NOTHING! my only options is 3 flavours of slushy or water !

SO I SPENT 145 RAND FOR A SMALL POPCORN , SWEETS AND WATER!!!!!!!!!

i prayed that was the only nightmare , after i pay she hands everything to me one by one as if i have four arms and hands to carry the stuff i just bought ! I asked her where are the holders she then replies: " AISH YEAH NEH! WE DONT HAVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

So here we have to carry our snacks in like we just stole them!!!!

we go to cinema 7 where we suppose to watch the nun , only to be confused out of our minds to find a hotel Transylvania poster at the cinema ! so we had to walk right back and tell them that they sent us to the wrong cinema , only to find the cleaner tell us " No mam its the right cinema I just didnt change the posters today!" So the wrong movie is advertised ?!

Now you can imagine our frustrations are building up!

Go in the cinema , drinking our semi luke warm water waiting for the movie to start !

THE MOVIE STARTS , BUT THE LIGHTS ARENT BEING DIMMED!!!!!!

NOW MUST WE WATCH A HORROR MOVIE WITH BRIGHT LIGHTS ON SO WE CANT SEE A THING!!!

I HAD TO MISS THE START OF THE MOVIE BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE THE CINEMA TO TRACK SOMEONE DOWN TO TURN THE LIGHTS OFF !!!!!

to top it all off the movie hadn't even ended yet but the lady comes in to clean , so we now have to be rushed out too?

I SPENT OVER 300 RAND FOR THE WORST MOVIE NIGHT EVER !!!! I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THIS!!!!
