Worst management

A friend and I went to Cresta's Ster-Kinekor. We got out tickets and then went to get refreshments for the movie. When we got to the front & and ordered. The lady said that she has no Fanta. I then ordered a box of Whispers and she only had small packs. She said that she has already been out since Thursday that same week. We saw boxes of Whispers on the shelve behind her & and ask if we can't have those. She got a bit arrogant and annoyed with us and said that if we wanted it that we need to go order from the lady right next to her behind the same counter. She said it was not part of her stock. I asked that she call the manager. When the manager arrived i started explaining. He hardy listened and turned his back and walked away because he didn't like how I approached it. This made me exceptionally mad and the quality of management Ster-Kinekor is hiring or the lack of management training. If the place was manage properly then the refreshments counter would never have been out of stock on a Saturday night to begin with. If he was a proper manager material he would have known how to deal with customers. Even if I was a difficult customer I do feel I had a valid complaint.
