Worst Imax/Movie experience ever The Grove Mall

Worst experience ever was going to the Grove mall to watch Black Adam with my wife and kids and the movie went down halfway through after walking around for more than an hour. No one wanted to help or refund us. Will never go again. Please refund me the tickets and time wasted. T/N *** The Grove Mall Black Adam 01Nov2022 20:00 Movie stopped around 21:00 at 22:00 after no one wanted to assist and the movie still did not come back. We left.
