Worst experience ever!

<p>My girlfriends and I visited the Tygervalley Ster Kinekor on Saturday, 25 January 2017 and what an awful experience we had. From unfriendly staff to disgusting toilet facilities and queing to get refreshments, which needless to say made us late for the movie.</p> <p>What a waste of my money to pay R 71 for a movie ticket and then still having to experience this.</p> <p>At the refreshment counter there was only one staff member assisting clients and on request to see the manager on duty we were just told they will call him or her and I'm still waiting.</p> <p>There was no toilet paper in the stalls and it smelled something aweful.</p> <p>No staff member even bothered to check our tickets or show us into the teatre after queuing which seemed like forever and then enterering a dark movie teatre with no way of really seeing where our seats were (as the movie had already started 15 minutes earlier).</p> <p>I will definately think twice or maybe thrice before visiting Ster Kinekor Tygervalley again.</p> <p> </p>
