Worst Customer services i ever experienced

On Tuesday 07 April movie tickets were purchased at Ster Kinekor Somerset Mall the afternoon at around 4, for a 8 pm show that same evening. When we got there, there was a double booking, we were promised that we can come back the following evening for a complimentory movie and popcorn and drinks because of the inconvenience. The next night when we returned we were treated like *********, on top of that tehere was a double booking AGAIN!! how pathetic is that?! and had to pay for our own popcorn and drinks again.We spoke to the arrogant branch manager Ganief Salieg who brushed us off like dirt on his shoulder claiming it was a system error and there is nothing he could do. to top everyting off there was no straws for the drinks, no seasoning for the popcorn, all and all it was the worst movie experience of my life.We all looked forward to watching the movie for month now, but due to the Service, attitude, and just the manner in which all of this was handled made it the worst movice i ever watched and advise everybody never to go to Ster Kinerkor Somerset Mall for a movie.
