Worst customer service ever

Me and my son went to go watch a movie on tuesday 6 october at 12, we got to the ticket office and people all over, only 2 cashiers open and the manageress was standing looking at this, finally after waiting almost 20 minutes it was our turn, told the useless cashier the movie we wanted to see( hotel transilvania) he tells me that my son not allowed cause it had age restriction of 7 years, i told him that im the mother im going to watch it with my son so i take responsibility then he tells me sorry then im not allowed in the cinema, so i asked for the manager, she was standing there with a smirk on her face telling me Im not allowed there. Then i bought tickets for the bee movie, after that we went to buy treats, again people all over the show, only 2 cashiers open but around 5 people standing around.... Worst customer service ever!! Needless to say we missed 1 st 45 minutes of the movie cause was rejected for the 1st movie and then waiting for popcorn and drinks!! Can rather close down the cinema cause they all useless!!!
