WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

On the 10th July I and my friend went to watch Jurassic world at Ster-Kinekor Centurion Mall. We were too late to watch the 20:15 show so we booked and pay our our tickets for the 22:55 show. We got there 20min prior to the show wanting to buy popcorn etc. <br> <br> The lady tells us the man who works with the popcorn will be here now, waited 5 - 10 min for him to arrive. And only he told us there's no popcorn left, he went to go fetch popcorn in the back, we asked for spices, he went back to the back and came back with 2 spice bags full of spices. Apologising that we must spice our popcorn out of a bag, and that they already closing. <br> <br> We finally got our popcorn and cool drinks, just only to miss the 1st 10 -15 min of the movie, thanks to their pathetic service. <br> <br> We finished the movie, just to find the entrance already closed down half way, no one in sight, so we had to crawl out of the cinema.<br> <br> This was the worst customer service I ever had at a cinema, next time I would rather go to another cinema, than to Ster-Kinekor Centurion.<br>
