Worst Customer Service,

So on Friday I went to watch a movie at Maponya Mall and I later lodged a complain on their official website about how the movie was poor quality and I just want a full refund as I have provided them with the necessary evidence.

I then called the their customer care and I spoke to an agent by the name of Sinethemba who told me my case will be escalated and to find it out it wasn't at all. I then called a couple of hours later to do a follow up and I spoke to an agent by the name of Wandile who refused to give me his surname and who also refused to transfer call to anyone superior.

All I am simply asking for is a refund for the money I have spent at their cinema
