Worst customer service!

Yesterday we went to go watch a movie at Sterkinekor Greenstone, and I've never received such bad or rather Arrogant treatment in my life! Purchasing the food and drinks and then going to collections to find out that they dont have sugar free drinks, after purchasing coke zero (the only "zero sugar drink available)and not knowing they have run out. That not being the issue, my husband is diabetic and can not have normal drinks like the rest of us, the lady who assisted us told us that they dont have. Not a problem we wanted to exchange it for a bottle of water and was told that we can't change drinks after its been purchased. We were told he has to have normal coke, I explained to her he cant because he is diabetic, her words " mam take it or leave it" just left me without words!! How pathetic is that? Her not knowing that a coke (large by the way) could potentially end his life, she didn't seem bothered at all and still insists he take the coke...I would never after yesterday go back there ever again! Not even an atemp to make an exchange to me seems very poor and pathetic
