Worst customer service

I went to ster kinekor the other day, thinking I would get the same service I normally get, but to my surprise.. The service was disgusting. Spent 30minutes just to get my tickets, oh and there was no one in front of us.. After we had gotten our tickets, spent another 30 minutes for snacks because they were offline or something, not that they were bothered to inform their customers. They kept calling someone who was supposedly the manager on duty who seemed to not be technologically advance didn't seem to know what a computer is, whether \enter"and the \""space bar\"" is the same thing or what.. Our movie was starting and we standing there asking questions as to what the delay is and we were ignored. All they did was take the bank card and told us to go in.. From my previous experience"
