Worst cinematic experience

So its not often that I get the chance to go to the movies and have a "sterkinekor experience" and friday 29th November 2019 was one of these few times

Unfortunately this was not the "sterkinekor experience" I had in mind.

I pre booked movie tickets online for Joker 20:30 at Kollonade mall making use of the Black Friday special

After getting snacks and drinks we entered cinema 1 and I could definitely feel that the aircon was off.

As we have been experiencing a heat wave since wednesday it was very hot.

We sat down and my girlfriend went and informed the manager on duty about the aircon.

She came back and told me that on informing the manager about her complaint the manager rudely reply that they will see to it and shook her head and walked away

50min into the movie the the aircon was still down and it was very hot in the cinema 2 other couples had already left by that time.

This time I went out and went to the managers office I asked a worker entering the managers office if I could please speak to the manager.

After a little while the manager came out to me not very impressed at all

Upon explaining to her my problem she cut me short and told me that it is switched on and returned to her office.

I returned to the cinema. The aircon still was not switched on. My girlfriend wanted to leave but I really wanted to finish the movie and with much discomfort endured the last 60mins or so.

This was definitely the worst cinematic experience ever. I would much rather stay home next time and rent a movie on box.
