Worst Cinema Experience Possible

<p>Multiple incidents have made me extremely hateful of this cinema chain.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service is ********** - tills are always empty and staff confused. Met many people who've missed movies owing to this. </p> <p> </p> <p>One movie forgot to turn the lights off completely for the first portion of the movie, and another had a mysterious leak smelling up the whole cinema and wetting the entire carpet. Bathrooms also mysteriously stop working at odd times with no loo paper - disgusting condition as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, their reward systems are always down and nobody understands how they work in-store. </p> <p> </p> <p>Really, for the prices charged, this treatment is unacceptable. If I could give negative stars, I would. Discovery should think twice about partnering with such a business. </p>
