Worst cinema experience EVER

I had the most horrible experience at Ster-Kinekor in Mall of Africa last week. I could not book tickets, the online platforms kept timing out, the booking stations - barely any worked leaving a long line for snacks and refreshments. I decided to go into the cinema and leave during the movie to fetch my refreshments. When I got to the actual cinema, it was FILTHY. The seats and floors were clammy and sticky and it stank so badly that I could not sit there for even 5 minutes, so I left having not watched the movie or received my refreshments - safe to say that I will not be using Ster-Kinekor going forward which is actually sad considering how well kept they used to be.
