Worse service - cradlestone

I have had the worse experience at the prestige cinema In cradestone mall, below is the details of my experience

We booked jumani in prestige and my chair was broken to such an extent that if could not decline as it will collapse to the one side, even sitting up straight from as back wrenching for the while movie, the movie was fully booked and the only solution they offer me was a seat from an office, honestly after booking prestige where the main reason is the type of seats you get

There was no alcohol available to order and this has been the 3rd time this occurred and we where advised we can buy our own alcohol and bring it it, what is the reason you have a prestige and you still get inconvenience like this ?

When I bought the tickets online it’s send me a barcode and all other prestige’s I have been at your just scan it at the entry however here u have to print it again even more of an inconvenience

The biggest problme is the seating arrangement and being uncomfortable for the entire movie I have been looking forward to watch for months and paying for convenience and all that I got is inconvenience and leaving me unimpressed
