Wish I could give a zero star rating

This was my complaint sent on the 29 April 2018 to Ster-Kinekor

First time going to Girlfriends Getaway at Ster Kinekor Baywest Mall a big disappointment! 25 April 2018

Myself and two friends had never been to the Girlfriends Getaway. We were all really looking forward to it and booked our tickets well in advance. What makes it so special is receiving a goodie bag of which I had heard that Ster Kinekor does. Upon arrival we received appletizer and chocolates and the night seemed like it was starting off great. Once all the ladies were seated in the cinema, a gentleman announced that there were issues with headoffice and that there were no goodie bags to give to us. They only had one bag of which a lucky draw was done. This was shocking, how can you arrange a ladies night and not bother to ensure that there are goodie bags? If I had known this then I would have gone another time to watch the movie, like half price Tuesday. Or we could have stayed at home and had our own ladies night at a much lower expense. The whole objective of a ladies night is make us feel special yet this was defeated in the fact there was no goodie bag. I had always gone to the Numetro ladies nights and there were always goodie bags and several prizes to be given away. I feel that my two friends and I probably won't come back again due to the bad customer service. It was our first and probably our last Girlfriends Getaway that we attended.

I was then sent an email with Ref: CAS-152038-Y7S0G2 . In the email it states We would like to thank you for contacting Ster-Kinekor, we value your interaction and engagement. Our team are hard at work and will attend to your interaction. One of our Ster-Kinekor team members will be in contact with you at the earliest opportunity. NO INTERACTION has been made after I have sent four emails and even sent a message on Ster Kinekors Facebook inbox. Its like nobody cares!
