WHERE ARE MY FUNDS STER-KINEKOR

If possible I would give them half a star .I went to the Ster-Kinekor Mall of Africa 30 june 2024 I tried to book seats and get snacks for the movie inside out 2 I tried to pay with pay shap for the seats using their app which confirmed payment but did not send a confirmation email of the seats being booked and the snacks bought.this then lead to me having to ask a Friend to book the seats for me as I did not want to disappoint my 10 year old daughter the same seats were booked and snacks confirmed bought and I then asked the assistance to confirm that the seats had been bought and wad told that yes they had now been bought. My delema is I paid for seat 3 and four 2 times for the same movie for the same time on the same day.i did not get a refund nor a return of funds for this transaction no communication was made even after I laid a complaint in person and in writing on their app.im very dissatisfied and disappointed in their service
