Whats the point of booking

I pre-booked 4 tickets to view Fast n furious 7 on 2nd April 2015 @ 21:00. When we get there the cinema is completely packed and our seats are already occupied. The staff did not get the people out of the seats I PAID for and let us stand around for tens of minutes and we missed the beginning of the film. They expected us to sit on the stairs? Then only after like 15 to minutes when we started causing a scene brought some garden chairs and we had to sit in the doorway.<br> <br> I feel VERY disappointed as what's the use of being able to pre-book, having seat numbers and cinema staff if none of these work anyway. I will NEVER EVER go to a sterkinekor as SERVICE is absent!!!!! <br> <br> Their 'service' is not free and this is what they do? No wonder the cinema scene is dying<br>
