What an amazing team at SK Forest Hill

The staff at SK Forest Hill who were on duty the night of 3 July 2015 (ca 21:30) is amazing. They not only found and stored my phone, but they also kept it on by charging it in-case someone tried to get hold of it. Our panic was instantly turned into overwhelming gratitude as we stood there, astounded by their kindness, work ethic and integrity. They could have easily hidden it from us but they chose to be honest, considerate and reliable which are all very rare commodities. <br> <br> We cannot thank them enough but their response showed us that they saw their action as part of their duty. They really upheld the name and brand of SK and we can only hope that this model is reflected at all branches because it builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. It's only a pity that we cannot recall their names but all we can say is that the branch at Forest Hill has invested in a team of great individuals who value their work and customers.<br> <br> The assumption is, if they can preserve a stranger's possession, they can easily do the same to the business. This refers to both SK and its cleaning subcontractor's employees, who under their team leader's watch, do a sterling job. <br> <br> Thank you again!
