What a disaster

Took my niece to Ster-Kinekor Centurion Mall on Saturday afternoon for her birthday. 1. The lady at the food counter laughed at me when I asked politely if I could buy extra spice for my popcorn. 2. The adverts started with no sound, I had to leave the cinema to inform someone. 3. We missed half the movie's dialogue because the staff all the way in the front entrance were talking so loud that we couldn't hear it. (They were shouting)
