What a disappointment

We frequently go to the movies, but after the experience we had on Saturday, I doubt that we will be returning anytime soon.<br> <br> We went to Ster-Kinekor to watch the new instalment of Hunger games.<br> We had no issue getting our tickets as we get them ourselves at the machine, not because of the lack of attendant but because we have grown accustomed to it. - Great system by the way.<br> <br> The problem came when we wanted to buy Popcorn and drinks.<br> I ordered a special, a Hunger games combo and firstly the popcorn was not fresh, neither was it hot so I was already disappointed from the get go, secondly the system did not reflect that the popcorn tub was in stock, thus we stood around for about half an hour before the manager approached us and asked us to go to the other side of the mall and withdraw cash to pay for our combo, 3 minutes before the movie was supposed to start!<br> Eventually we had to leave a drivers licence there as collateral to come and settle the amount after the movie like common *********.<br> In retrospect, I don't think Ster-Kinekor will be seeing us again.<br> <br> I am utterly disappointed in the service we received.
